Associated Electric Cooperative, who generates our power, surveyed our members in the fall of 2025. According to that survey, some of our members still don’t quite understand what demand is and why we changed our billing to incorporate it.
We’re excited to introduce a new and improved electric bill designed with you in mind. The updated layout is easier to read and provides clearer, more useful information, including a simple comparison of your demand and kWh usage for the current month, prior month, and the same period last year.
