When the collection of a delinquent account is made at the premises of the Cooperative customer, a fee of $25.00 shall be required.
When a customer of the Cooperative is disconnected for failure to pay a delinquent account a reconnect fee of $100 shall be required for connection of service during regular working hours and $150 outside of normal working hours.
In addition to a reconnect fee all past and current usage remaining unpaid will be required prior to reconnection. All accounts disconnected are required to provide a deposit as deemed appropriate by the Cooperative to secure service.
