“If you are a new or existing member immediately report address, phone or service changes to your account. “

A new residential customer will require a signed application, $5 membership fee and applicable deposits before service can begin. Deposits are based on your previous credit history. The deposits range from one to two times the required minimum of $125 or the average 12 month usage history at the service location, whichever is greater.
